Registration → Check-In → Badge

From registration to badge.
One platform that never goes down.

EventAxis runs attendee registration, payments, communications, and on-site check-in for conferences and trade shows across India and the UAE - and keeps printing badges the moment the network drops.

The platform

One platform. Six modules. Three people in the hall.

Every attendee flows through the same system — from the registration form they fill to the financial report you export. The same platform reaches into the hall on mobile: the attendee carries their pass, the exhibitor scans it, the organizer runs the floor — three role-gated views of one app. No CSV exports, no reconciling vendors, no surprises on event day.

Form Dashboard Pass Kiosk Badge Report
01 Registration Form Builder

Build the form, take the payment

Drag fields, set ticket tiers and tax, collect payment in ₹ or AED. Conditional logic for delegates, speakers, and exhibitors.

02 Badge Designer

Design once, print at speed

Drag name, role, QR, and sponsor logos onto the badge. Print-ready for any thermal printer.

03 Admin Dashboard

One console - back office and floor

Live registrations, revenue, check-in rate, and kiosk health on desktop. The same console on the organizer's phone - watch attendance, clear the Q&A inbox, and broadcast without leaving the hall.

04 Communication Suite

Four channels, one schedule

Confirmations, reminders, and on-the-day updates across email, SMS, in-app push, and WhatsApp - sent from one timeline, tracked in one place. Every channel is equal; pick what your attendees actually read.

Loop Session Q&A

A question, answered - both sides

Attendees ask from their phone during a session; the organizer sees it in the inbox and replies, and the answer lands back in the app with an in-app push. Q&A is its own loop - WhatsApp stays one of the four equal channels above.

05 On-site Check-In

Kiosk and pass - one credential, working offline

Walk up to the kiosk or tap the pass on a phone - same credential, same speed. Exhibitors scan that pass at the booth to capture and qualify leads. All of it offline-first: the resilience that keeps the kiosk printing keeps booth scanning working when the WiFi drops.

The pass scanned here is the same record that printed at the kiosk — it lands in the organizer's dashboard and the financial report. Attendees browse and save booths; the whole app re-skins per event with white-label theming.

06 Reporting & Financial

Reconciled - and a recap for everyone

Attendance, revenue, refunds, and tax export in one reconciled file. Attendees get their own recap on the phone — sessions attended, connections made — closing the loop the form opened.

One app · three roles

Three people. One closed loop.

The attendee asks a question and the organizer answers it. The exhibitor scans that same attendee's pass at the booth. Every action lands in the same dashboard and the same report — three role-gated views of one platform, not three apps.

The WiFi went down at the keynote rush. With our old vendor that's a 200-person line and a refund queue. With EventAxis the kiosks didn't even blink - we found out it had been offline only when the sync notification popped up.

Built for both sides of the table

The same platform, the way each team needs it.

Organizers set it up and trust it. Operations leads run it under pressure. EventAxis is the one system that satisfies both.

For event organizers

Set it up once. Trust it on the day.

PainThree vendors for registration, payments, and badges - and you reconcile them by hand at midnight while drop-off eats your ticket revenue.
  • One system, one invoice. Registration, payment, comms, and badges under a single login - nothing to reconcile.
  • Higher completion. Conditional forms and saved payment cut registration drop-off to under 2%.
  • Sponsor & exhibitor ready. Tiered tickets, exhibitor portals, and lead capture built in.
  • Numbers that match. Revenue, tax, and attendance reconcile automatically for finance.
For on-site operations

When the WiFi dies, the queue keeps moving.

PainIt's 9am, the queue is 200 deep, and the venue WiFi just dropped. Last year that meant a printer that froze and attendees you waved through unbadged.
  • Offline-first by design. Every kiosk holds the full attendee list locally and keeps checking people in with no network.
  • Badges keep printing. Thermal printing runs from cache - no spinner, no frozen queue.
  • Under 4 seconds. Scan to printed badge, even at peak rush.
  • Clean sync on reconnect. Every offline check-in reconciles automatically - zero duplicates, zero lost records.
